At By Cloud Fragrance, we strive to keep all your favorite luxury perfumes readily available. However, due to unforeseen circumstances or high demand, a product might occasionally be listed as 'out of stock'. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped within three business days from our warehouse in Dubai. Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within one week, depending on your location. Orders placed during weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day. Our operational team works diligently from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays recognized by the UAE government, to ensure timely deliveries.

Delivery Charges

United Arab Emirates: Free Delivery
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: 30 AED inclusive of VAT
Other GCC Countries: 75 AED inclusive of VAT
Rest of the World: 75 AED inclusive of VAT
Please note: Free shipping is exclusively available within the UAE.

COD Charges

The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is available only in the United Arab Emirates. COD charges, which are not shipping fees but handling charges, are 10 AED regardless of the order value.

Payment Options

We encourage customers to use online payment methods, including credit/visa cards from any bank. For select premium products, the cash on delivery option is also available.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a misplaced, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may return it within seven days of purchase for a full refund. For items already out for delivery, a return delivery charge of 25 AED will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 7 to 10 days for credit card payments or instantly via e-wallet for COD orders.

Cancellation Policy

Purchases can be cancelled by UAE customers only. International orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed. You can cancel your order through your account on our website or via the cancellation link sent to your mobile upon order placement. For assistance with cancellations, contact our customer service team.

Order Tracking

You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation email or SMS. You'll receive updates when your order is shipped and again when it is out for delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to change the delivery address, please inform our team before your order is dispatched to ensure correct delivery.
